Like the WooCommerce plugin Test/Live switch: this loads live keys in the wizard and uses is_live=true on Paymob calls. Paymob live approval comes from onboarding (merchant_info.is_live and has_live_integration). The orange dashboard cookie cannot be flipped from here. Real cards will be charged after you switch.
